The Form Free Design Process offers a different kind of design practice guided by two basic premises:
- What is simple to design necessarily becomes simple to build,
- What can be repeated in design can also be repeated in construction.

An amazing number of unique designs can be easily created saving the client money by eliminating long hours of architectural design time. While this design system was created to make the design and construction of FORM FREE™ homes affordable, this wholistic system can also be used to design homes that use alternative wall products such as masonry or stick and stucco.

Examples of Possible Composite Home Designs
Simplicity of design is the result of careful planning. Every home begins with an analysis of the building site. Every design must first take into account solar orientation, views, the direction of the wind, the topography
and, of course, budget.
Example 1
The Small Home
To create 966 sq/ft of livable space, two 28 ft. x 28 ft. “Hip Roof” modules are joined by an additional enclosed sunspace.

The LARGER Home
To create 2054 sq/ft of livable space , two 28 ft. x 28 ft. “Hip Roof” modules are joined with one “Shed Roof” module and one “Hip Roof Corner” module.
Another “Hip Roof” is used for the garage that is attached to the house by an enclosed sunspace. A final “Shed Roof Corner” is attached to the house for the shop.
